Itinerary

DAY 1: SAIGON - NOI BAI - HALONG (Lunch, Dinner)

- Morning, the Travel Company's staff will complete check-in procedures for the Saigon – Noi Bai flight. Upon arrival, the tour guide and driver will pick up the group and take you via the expressway to Ha Long, heading to the pier to board a cruise ship and explore Ha Long Bay – Northern Vietnam's Premier Scenic Spot.

- Noon, guests will have lunch on board and continue to visit Thien Cung Cave, pass by Dinh Huong Islet, Cho Da Islet, Trong Mai Islet (Fighting Cocks), enjoying the beauty of Ha Long Bay, a world natural heritage site with fresh air from the cruise ship. With its watercolor painting-like beauty bestowed upon humanity by Mother Nature, Ha Long Bay is truly breathtaking. Afterward, guests will go ashore and check into the hotel.

- Afternoon, The group will have dinner at a restaurant.

- Evening, the vehicle will take guests to the Sun World Ha Long complex to visit or use the services here: ride the Queen Cable Car to admire Ha Long - ride the 215m Sun Wheel, visit the Japanese Garden, Dragon Park, Water Park (expenses at your own expense).

- Guests stay overnight in Ha Long, and are free to enjoy leisure and shopping at the night market.

DAY 2: HA LONG - NINH BINH - HANOI (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

- Morning, have breakfast at the hotel, check out, and depart for Ninh Binh.

- Visit Bai Dinh Pagoda, a temple with harmonious mountains and rivers, a majestic natural landscape where King Le Thanh Tong once visited and bestowed four verses:

Dinh Son danh tieng thuc cao xa

Che cho kinh thanh tu thuo xua

Nhan kiet, dia linh nen vuong khi

Nui thieng canh dep vung son ha.

- Guests visit and worship at the temple holding the most records in Southeast Asia.

- Noon, guests have lunch and visit the Trang An Eco-tourism - Scenic Area (a complex of mountains, caves, rivers, and streams likened to Ha Long Bay on land).

- Guests depart for Hanoi, the vehicle takes guests around the shores of Hoan Kiem Lake while the tour guide explains the history of the lake. The group has dinner and checks in to rest.

- Evening, Guests are free to stroll around the Old Quarter Night Market on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday evenings, or major shopping centers such as Royal City, Times City, Vincom, Trang Tien Plaza. Overnight in Hanoi.

DAY 3: HANOI - LAO CAI - SAPA (Breakfast, lunch)

- Morning, have breakfast at the hotel, check out, and the car takes the group to visit Uncle Ho's Mausoleum, the orchard and fish pond, Uncle Ho's stilt house, One Pillar Pagoda, Hoan Kiem Lake, Ngoc Son Temple, Turtle Tower.

- Afternoon, depart for Sapa via the Noi Bai - Lao Cai expressway. Along the way, guests can admire the majestic beauty of the Northwest mountains and forests. Upon arriving in Lao Cai city, guests will continue on a 38km journey to reach Sapa. Guests check in to the hotel.

- Evening, guests are free to stroll around Sapa at night, independently explore the culinary delights of the Northwest mountainous region: bamboo tube rice, grilled chicken, salmon hotpot, fresh salmon sashimi, etc., visit the Stone Church, and the Sapa love market (if it falls on a Saturday night).

- Overnight in Sapa.

DAY 4: SAPA (Breakfast, lunch, dinner)

- In the morning, guests have breakfast at the hotel, and the group takes a small car down to Cat Cat village, where the H'Mong ethnic minority people live to learn about the weaving and dyeing craft.

- In the afternoon, guests ascend to the peak of Fansipan by a three-wire cable car system with the world's greatest height difference between the departure and arrival stations: 1,410 meters, and the world's longest three-wire cable car: 6,292 meters. Afterward, guests go up to the 3,143m peak (Reference ticket costs: cable car 850,000 VND/ticket + mountain climbing train 250,000 VND/ticket)

- Note: Please bring a warm jacket and a woolen hat because it is windy and cold at the top of Fansipan. Guests with high blood pressure, heart conditions, or respiratory diseases are advised not to go).

- In the evening, guests enjoy a dinner featuring Sturgeon and Salmon hotpot, then take a stroll around Sapa at night, and overnight in Sapa.

DAY 5: SAPA - NOI BAI - HO CHI MINH CITY (Breakfast, lunch)

- In the morning, guests are free to stroll around Sapa early in the morning to admire the villages shrouded in mist blanketing the hills and mountains, and visit the market to buy local specialties from the ethnic people here.

- Guests have breakfast and check out.

- The tour bus takes the group back to Lao Cai, stopping to shop for Chinese goods at Coc Leu market. Visit and take photos at the Vietnam - China border gate (Hekou).

- Afterward, guests travel along the Lao Cai - Hanoi Expressway back to Noi Bai Airport to depart for Saigon. Arriving at Tan Son Nhat Airport, we bid farewell to the group and look forward to seeing you again.

Note: The itinerary may change depending on weather conditions, tidal forecasts, and port authority regulations.

Terms & conditions

TOUR PRICE INCLUDES:

  1. Round-trip airfare and baggage (10kg carry-on + 23kg checked luggage) with Vietnam Airlines
  2. New-model air-conditioned tour bus throughout the trip, experienced driver.
  3. Breakfast: according to the tour program at hotels and restaurants
  4. Main Meals: 08 meals with a rich menu of 5-6 dishes/meal (the company will arrange meals appropriately depending on the flight)
  5. 3-star standard hotel, 2 guests/room.

Hanoi 3-star: FIRST EDEN, MOONVIEW, A25, QUAN THANH…

Ha Long 3-star: SEASTAR, NEWYORK…

Sapa 3-star: QSAPA, HT LUXURY…

,… or equivalent standard hotels: standard 2 guests/room. If guests request a triple room, it will be arranged according to their request.

  1. Sightseeing tickets for attractions included in the program:
    1. Rowboat ride at Trang An.
    2. Cruise on Ha Long Bay.
    3. Cheerful, enthusiastic, experienced tour guide speaking Vietnamese to serve the group throughout the trip.
  2. Tour hat, 01 bottle of mineral water per day
  3. Guests are covered by travel insurance with a maximum compensation of: 20,000,000 VND/case.

TOUR PRICE EXCLUDES:

√ Single room surcharge: In case a single guest travels alone and cannot share a room with others in the group, or wishes to stay in a private room.

3-star hotel: 1,900,000 VND/guest/tour (HOLIDAYS, TET: Surcharge of 400,000 VND/guest/tour)

√ Personal phone charges, food and drinks, sightseeing tickets outside the program.

√ 8% VAT tax (until further notice)

√ Sunworld Ha Long, Sunworld Fansipan Sapa (according to the resort's pricing at the time)

√ Meals outside the program, and personal beach bathing and entertainment expenses

CHILD TOUR PRICE:

- Children aged 11 and above purchase 01 ticket.

- Children from 05 to under 10 years old with a height of 1m or less purchase according to the tour price table above... If the child is over 1m tall, an additional 325,000 VND for sightseeing tickets applies. Standard includes airfare, seat on the bus, insurance, meal portion, sightseeing tickets, sharing bed with Parents.

- Children from 02 years old to under 05 years old: tour price according to the pricing framework above. Standard includes airfare, seat on the bus, insurance; meal portion and bed are shared with Parents. (However, 02 adults can only be accompanied by 01 child; if there are more accompanying children, from the 2nd child onwards, tickets must be purchased according to the framework for Children from 05 to under 11 years old).

- Infants under 02 years old: tour price of 500,000 VND including airline taxes, fees, and insurance, Parents take care of meals for the baby themselves, but 02 adults can only be accompanied by 01 infant under 02 years old; if there is a 2nd infant, the child price applies according to the framework from 2 to under 5 years old.

CANCELLATION/REFUND CONDITIONS:

- Pay the full tour price and airfare upon tour registration and ticket issuance.

- Tour cancellation after registration incurs a penalty fee of 50% of the deposit.

- Tour cancellation 25 days in advance incurs a penalty fee = 70% of the total program tour price. (Calculated based on working days)

- Tour cancellation 20 days in advance incurs a penalty fee = 80% of the total program tour price. (Calculated based on working days)

- Tour cancellation 15 days in advance incurs a penalty fee = 90% of the total program tour price. (Calculated based on working days)

- After the above period, the penalty fee = 100% of the total program value. (Calculated based on working days)

- Holidays and Tet: no refunds or cancellations

(Tour cancellation time is calculated for working days, excluding Saturdays and Sundays). Specifically, Holiday and Tet tours are non-refundable and non-cancellable.

- Tour cancellations with the COMPANY must be notified directly via Fax, email, text message and must be confirmed by the COMPANY. Cancellations via phone are not accepted.

NOTES

- The order of sightseeing spots in the program may change to suit actual conditions, but will not be canceled or altered without agreement with the Group.

- In case the trip does not have enough guests to depart, guests will be transferred to another departure date.

- If guests are overseas Vietnamese or foreigners holding a separate visa, they must bring it along during the tour.

- The order and details of the program may change to suit objective conditions (weather, traffic, etc.)

- The COMPANY will not be responsible for ensuring sightseeing spots in cases of natural disasters, security incidents, aviation incidents, etc.

- When registering for the tour, please carefully read the program, tour price, inclusions and exclusions in the program, and the tour cancellation conditions on the payment receipt. In case you do not register for the tour directly but through someone else, please thoroughly understand the program from the person who registered on your behalf.
